TROY -- William F. Talham, 68, of Hoosick Road, Troy, died at Albany Memorial Hospital, December 16, 1999, after a long illness. He was born and educated in Cohoes. He was the son of the late Robert and Corinne Forget Talham and husband of Elizabeth Moore Talham of Troy for 45 years. Mr. Talham was a master wood carver for over 25 years. He was a Korean War veteran, receiving the Purple Heart. He belonged to the Loyal Order of the Moose and E.T. Ruane Post American Legion. He spent his winters in Florida with family and friends and spent many hours in a custom sign shop. He was a communicant of Our Lady of Victory Church. Survivors, in addition to his wife, …
